Brothers In Blue Reentry is an in-prison program, designed to give inmates an inner change and equip them to function as givers instead of takers. BIBR is a values-based, Christ centered prison reentry program that prepares men and women to succeed Our mission is to provide Christ based instruction, rehabilitation, and counseling that fosters the transformation of the hearts, minds and lives of the incarcerated. Our vision is transformational hope for the incarcerated.
