Serving thousands of students annually for twenty years, the Oshkosh Area School District's elementary school roller skating equipment needed a boost. Thanks to a Celebrate Education grant, funded by OACF partner Oshkosh Area School District Education Foundation, all 11 elementary physical education programs now have new equipment.
