Texas Association Of College And University Printers TACUP The TACUP organization began in 1977 as an annual meeting of university inplant printing directors and managers and it has grown into one of the most valuable and respected experiences out there for Texasbased printers. For 40 years the Texas Association of College University Printers has been helping inplant printing managers and administrators generate more revenue and increase the department or agency bottom line. But TACUP isnt just for college or university printers. The group features a diverse membership comprised of school districts state agencies federal agencies and private inplant printers.
