OUR FOCUS IS THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE OVERALL HEALTH OF CITIZENS IN SC THROUGH COMMUNITY HEALTH INITIATIVES AS A MEANS TO EDUCATE COMMUNITY MEMBERS ON VARIOUS CHRONIC DISEASES AND HOW TO BEST MANAGE, AS WELL AS PREVENT, THE PROGRESSION OF CHRONIC DISEASES.
