Steady for Life was birthed in Huntsville, AL in January 2014 and is our town's only international-award-winning program dedicated to providing qualified, caring instructors to teach balance techniques; medical practitioners for health education and screenings; and social activities outside of class time that will nurture lasting friendships. The mission of Steady for Life, Inc. is to provide an environment for life balance to nurture confident, healthy aging in body, mind, and spirit.
