Thornapple River Special Assesment District No. 1 The Thornapple River SAD Advisory Committee is now in place and working to facilitate river maintenance and improvements. Initial activities include contracting for weed control and removal as well as preparing a roadmap for later improvements. Cascade Charter Township oversees all activty and posts updates on the process.
