One of our sewing training instructors, Alice Mwiseneza, teaches one of her students how to do intricate stitching. Among the various initiatives for bringing about family transformation in our community, our sewing training program has received the most enthusiastic response. The community continues to show overwhelming support for our sewing training. Our sewing training program graduates have gained valuable skills that have helped them start businesses or find employment. As a graduation gift, our graduates receive a new sewing machine, a tool that helps provide essential income for themselves and their families, allowing them to afford food and medicines. One of the highlights of the weekends for our RCCS students is the opportunity to participate in various clubs. Led by our dedicated teachers and staff, these extracurricular clubs offer activities designed to stimulate our students' creativity, imagination, and problem-solving abilities. Three of our most popular clubs are Destination Imagination, 3-D Printing, and Art. In these pictures, some of our Destination Imagination club members are learning how to build electrical circuits. This helps them understand the inner workings of electronic devices, such as smartphones, computers, and other gadgets. Activities like building circuits allow our students to unleash their creativity. They can experiment with different components and configurations to create various electrical circuits and devices. This hands-on experience sparks their imagination, encourages them to think outside the box, and nurtures their innovative thinking skills. (fb)
