To prevent avalanche fatalities and injuries avalanche safety education is essential. Nickolay Dodov Nickolay Dodov Foundation is the LEADING provider of Free Avalanche Education to youth and all ages in Northern California. In the last ten years the Foundation has reached out with FREE Avalanche Education presenting the Avalanche Awareness Program Know Before You Go and teaching Youth Avalanche Safety Interactive Workshops to more than 15700 ski and snowboard athletes middle high school and university students coaches teachers parents and all age mountain enthusiasts.
