Consistent with Kansas law, it is the responsibility of Hetlinger Developmental Services, Inc. to assist people with developmental disabilities who live in Lyon, Morris, Chase, and Wabaunsee Counties to have services and supports which allow them opportunities of choice to increase their independence, productivity, integration, and inclusion into their communities.
