Madison County Council for Developmentally Disabled (MCCDD) 573 7833770 573 7833770 Madison County Council for the Developmentally Disabled Inc. Mission Mission Statement of Madison County for Developmentally Disabled Inc. shall be to serve developmentally disabled individuals of Madison County and surrounding areas by increasing community awareness and prevention providing needs assessment and referral services habilitation intervention and respite care training and employment opportunities educational and recreational opportunities residential and transportation assistance and other support programs consistent with improving the quality of living for developmentally disabled individuals. All programs and services provided by MCCDD will be individual oriented developmental programs as opposed to custodial programs with strong emphasis toward choice and community integration.
