Otterbein | Baltimore Otterbein Baltimore Home Otterbein is a historic residential community in downtown Baltimore Maryland. Located a few blocks west of the Inner Harbor Otterbein includes about a dozen blocks from Sharp eastward to Charles and from Conway south to Henrietta for a map see link in Neighborhood section. It has several home owners associations and this website serves two of them the Harbor Walk Townhouse Association and the Otterbein Community Association.
