2024 MQHA Boot Camp Welcome to MQHA. Founded in 1953 the purpose of the Minnesota Quarter Horse Association is to promote the American Quarter Horse as registered by the American Quarter Horse Association Amarillo Texas. MQHA News Lloyd Anderson MQHA was saddened to learn of the passing of Lloyd Anderson horseman and MQHA Hall of Fame inductee. Lloyd Anderson 93 of Willmar passed away Saturday February 1 2025 at Copperleaf Senior Living in Willmar.
