We are dedicated to financing the creation and preservation of affordable multifamily housing by providing lowinterest loans for developers who serve New Mexicos lowincome residents and high need communities. Our Projects Ventana Fund is committed to financing affordable housing in lowincome communities underserved by traditional financial institutions. Our target markets in New Mexico include lowincome populations earning less than 80 percent area median income.
