Our programs are designed for gymnasts ages 3 and above focusing on rhythmic gymnastics. The curriculum includes fundamental body movements introduction to handling apparatus rope hoop ball clubs ribbon development of flexibility strength and handeye coordination and basic ballet concepts. We aim to instill a love for rhythmic gymnastics emphasizing grace beauty coordination and skillful apparatus handling.
