California Adaptive Rowing Programs provides free instruction and training for competitive and recreational opportunities in the sport of rowing to anyone with a disability so that they may be included in the activity and enjoy the many physical, mental, and emotional health benefits the sport has to offer, whether it is competing in events up to and including the Paralympic Games or just rowing around the bay with other members of the program or their family.
