Follow us on facebook Menu Our Mission Leos Helping Paws provides financial assistance to dog rescue groups in Pennsylvania and neighboring states for veterinary care with a primary focus on puppy mill dogs in addition to abused and neglected dogs and to educate the community about puppy mills. To aid in this mission the corporation may make grants from time to time to other nonprofit organizations. We are an allvolunteer organization.
