Welcome to Project Yoga Project Yoga is a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to promote mental health and physical wellbeing in Greater Cincinnatis underserved communities through traumainformed yoga and mindfulness. At Project Yoga we believe in the transformative power of movement and breath. Through these practices we spread the ripple effect of kindness peace and compassion and mindfulness. Our traumainformed yoga and mindfulness programs are designed to nurture mental health foster physical wellbeing and cultivate a sense of connection and belonging for all.
