The SWWFS HSA is a volunteer association organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes as defined in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and in accordance with applicable laws of the District of Columbia governing non-profit corporations. Decisions are entrusted to the elected Officers of the Executive Board. The purpose of this organization is to: ● Partnership: Promote collaboration among parents, the administration, faculty and other stakeholders in the educational process. Work with and be active in the surrounding community ● Support: Appropriately support the administrative team, teachers and staff. ● Communication: Establish effective methods for communication and problem solving with all stakeholders.
