National Council of Agricultural Employers Leading Advocacy Efforts for Agricultural Employers and Their Critical Allies Since 1964 The National Council of Agricultural Employers The National Council of Agricultural Employers NCAE is the only national association focusing exclusively on agricultural labor issues from the Agricultural Employers viewpoint. We represent the interests of agricultural employers growers associations and others whose business interests revolve around laborintensive agriculture. Advocating for Employers and Influencing Policy As activists for agricultural employers we aim to ensure access to foreign worker visa programs and to prevent harmful regulatory proposals. We actively monitor federal policies and regulations that put these objectives at risk.
