Northwest Powerboat Association The Northwest Powerboat Association was founded by former TriCity Water Follies Race Director and longtime volunteer John Culver. Board members include Charlie Grigg Scott Curry Tracy Davisson Chris Denslow and Paul Herod. The board members possess a combined 100 years of boat race event experience including volunteering for the TriCity Water Follies organizing Inboard races all over the Northwest working for H1 Unlimited and sitting on the TriCity Water Follies Board of Directors. This represents an invaluable level of knowledge and a passion for boat racing and giving back to the community.
