ADDAPTCO What are we all about. ADDAPTCO is an All Developmental Differences Abilities Parent Teacher Community Organization for children within Hancock County. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization run by a group of parents and educators familiar with the specific needs of children with developmental differences. Our mission is to bring people together with a common goal of supporting advocating and empowering our special needs community.
