Mission statement Is to educate the American public that there is a distinct difference between veteran and combat veteran. CWVA has 4 program pillars that will strive to educate the American population and support our combat brothers and sisters.Pillars (Purpose)Pillar One-Fight for head of the line privileges for all verified combat veterans of all generations with Federal agencies to include the Department of Veterans Affairs and Social Security Administration. Pillar Two- Foster a network of physicians willing and able to provide medical opinions for combat wounded veterans free of charge for claims of service connection or increase evaluations..Pillar Three-Provide direct knowledgeable advice on what benefits a combat veteran is entitled to with State and Federal agencies specifically, with the department of veteran's affairs. It is our organizational belief that almost all combat veterans are eligible for VA service connection. Pillar Four-Provide unique events that honor/recognize the sacrifices and to foster an environment of networking/opportunities for all veterans and especially our combat veterans.Our PromiseAll CWVA CEO's will never receive a salary from CWVA this will be a volunteer position.All monetary donations raised in the tristate will be used for tristate veterans and events.To Hire American veterans whenever possible for all employment/vendor opportunities with CWVA. Purchase and give out only American made items to include, all swag items.To Go Green and to minimize waste such as printing materials etc. To minimize in-house costs and to spend donor dollars responsibly.To work with any and all organizations, citizens, and not for profits that support the above pillars, and promises.
