We are so excited to bring James Martin to the team. With a robust background in various restaurants like Red Lobster, Polly’s Pies and a history of his own ventures — James is going to bring great knowledge & experience to the team! Ernie Medina: Warehouse Receiver! We are so happy to have Ernie join the BK team after 17 years of managing the incoming and outgoing of inventory for Chefs’ Toys. Ernie brings just expertise and an incredible attitude to the team and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Brandon Balsells: Culinary Training Program Coordinator! Welcome Brandon to the CTP team! Brandon is our new Culinary Training Program Coordinator and will be assisting with the onboarding and management of students as they go through the curriculum and their time in the program.
