Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis MPD Welcome to the POFM website. Representing police officers up to the rank of lieutenant who are employed by the City of Minneapolis and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. Currently the Federation has over 580 members and is one of the largest nonaffiliated law enforcement union in the state of Minnesota. Representing MPLS Police Officers Always with the goal of working toward a safer more livable city our job is to improve working conditions for our memberspolice officers who work in Minneapolisand to make certain their rights are protected.
