American Career College Educational Foundation and HSE Academies Welcome to the ACC Educational Foundation HSE AcademyEducation that Elevates 29 Million adults ages 18 do not have a high school diploma. We provide learning that elevates the lives of nonhigh school graduates and enriches the communities we serve. We do so by offering you a high quality High School Equivalency HSE preparation and testing program. Our program is 100 FREE to our students including the costs to take the exam approximately 350.
