We partner with businesses & communities to assist people in obtaining & maintaining employment. The OWL Foundation was established as a means to expand and enhance the programs of the Opportunity for Work & Learning, Inc. (OWL). Established in 1961 as a vocational rehabilitation program for people with barriers to employment, OWL continues to help individuals overcome barriers to achieve personal and professional growth. Barriers include, but are not limited to, any physical, mental, or learning disability, substance abuse disorder, or any additional barriers that may prevent or limit employment. With a continuous need to launch new programs, as well as expand upon existing vocational training programs, the OWL Foundation secures seed funds for OWL, with OWL independently maintaining the programs.
