The Pride Group Spotlight! The Pride Group is proud to recognize from our Le Mars division, Blacey. Blacey started working for the Pride Group in 2023 as Direct Care Staff and was excited to find that the Pride Group promotes from within our organization. She has been excelling in her current position as an administrative assistant for the last year. In Blacey’s free time, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family. When asked about the part of her job that she enjoys, Blacey states that it is watching our members interacting within the community and accomplishing their goals. Blacey’s advice for someone that is thinking about applying to The Pride Group is “Try it out, it is very rewarding and fulfilling.” (fb)

The Pride Group Spotlight! The Pride Group is proud to recognize Dawn from our Cherokee division. Dawn started working for the Pride Group in 2005 as Direct Care Staff and has been the division administrator for the last six years. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and riding motorcycles. Dawn enjoys interacting with our members and watching them succeed by providing a positive environment and getting involved within the community. Dawn’s growth from the direct care position into an administrative role shows her work ethic and she is thankful for the opportunities that recognize her hard work. Her advice for someone that is thinking about applying with The Pride Group is “Just Do It! This job is so rewarding and there are a lot of opportunities for growth." (fb)
