We believe that communities can change through the educational empowerment and character development of its Youth To be a partner with at-risk youth and empower them to create their own individual, dynamic life plans, and support them in formulating and achieving their goals. To be a resource for at-risk youth and inspire positive change, leadership and character development; enable them to visualize their future clearly and practice behaviors needed to achieve their desired results. To be a resource to empower at-risk youth and enable them to achieve their educational, employment and life goals. To be a symbol of hope for at-risk youth through coaching, mentoring and raising community awareness in the powerful way to show that we are always working to pull others up as we rise.
