We believe that communities can change through the educational empowerment and character development of its Youth To be a partner with at-risk youth and empower them to create their own individual, dynamic life plans, and support them in formulating and achieving their goals. To be a resource for at-risk youth and inspire positive change, leadership and character development; enable them to visualize their future clearly and practice behaviors needed to achieve their desired results. To be a resource to empower at-risk youth and enable them to achieve their educational, employment and life goals. To be a symbol of hope for at-risk youth through coaching, mentoring and raising community awareness in the powerful way to show that we are always working to pull others up as we rise.

Welcome to The Blue Heart Foundation The Blue Heart Foundation established in 2013 is a 501c3 nonprofit youth organization dedicated to supporting underserved African American male youth ages 1318 across greater San Diego County. Our comprehensive holistic mentoring programfeaturing both adult and peer mentorshipfosters positive relationships educational growth empowerment and emotional wellbeing.
