Shayley is graduating from Caston High School and will be attending Butler University in the fall to study Health Sciences👩‍⚕️🧬 The Harold E. and Neva Funk Mikesell Scholarship was established in 1997 to support higher education for students of Fulton County townships. Harold and Neva, lifelong Fulton County residents, were deeply involved in their community - from the Royal Center-Cline-Kistler Cemetery Association to the Fulton County Farm Bureau, they were always ready to lend a helping hand.
