With a degree in Industrial Engineering, internships in lean manufacturing, and leadership roles supporting women in STEM, Mihika thrives at the intersection of innovation and impact. As an Industry Innovation Fellow, she is eager to explore entrepreneurship while improving processes that strengthen local industry.

At enFocus, we’re proud to have partnered with the @Institute for Excellence in Memory Care (IEMC) to expand its reach and impact. Together, we: ☑️ Supported business planning and long-term program growth ☑️ Helped develop and refine training courses for memory care providers ☑️ Built tools to expand their revenue and reach more caregivers By empowering organizations like IEMC, we’re helping create a stronger future for memory care in our region and beyond.
