Rivers of Hope Our Mission Rivers of Hope is a domestic violence center serving Wright Sherburne Counties. Our mission is to provide a community coordinated response to end family violence. We live out this mission by offering advocacy services to youth and adults. In addition we educate community members about the impact domestic violence has and the work we do and partnering with other service providers to ensure that the needs of victimsurvivors are being met.
