Wyomings Division of Criminal Investigation DCI agents took down 64yearold Kelly Jasperson an egregious live stream child abuse offender. The investigation uncovered Jaspersons involvement with a sex trafficking ring in the Philippines where a woman was offering her four minor daughters for livestreaming sex acts. She was later arrested.
