Shirley Kelly received The Culpeper’s 2025 Influencer Award recipient for her heartfelt service. Shirley’s leadership, joyful spirit, and lifelong commitment to encouraging others continue to inspire everyone around her. The Virginia Baptist Homes Foundation Influencer Award honors a champion at each LifeSpire community who creates a positive impact by living out our mission. “I don’t really see myself as an influencer,” Shirley remarked.
