Welcome to the BGHW hockey club! Combined state champs 2016 and 2018. THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE AND CONDUCT ICE HOCKEY PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING BUFFALO GROVE, HERSEY, AND WHEELING HIGH SCHOOLS IN ILLINOIS. IT IS THE GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION, THROUGH COACHING AND MENTORING, TO PROMOTE, TRAIN, TEACH AND DEVELOP THE SPORT OF ORGANIZED ICE HOCKEY, AND DEVELOP THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SOCIAL WELL BEING OF PARTICIPANTS INCLUDING DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERSONAL CHARACTER TRAITS OF SELF-ESTEEM, SELF-DISCIPLINE, PERSERVERANCE AND SPORTSMANSHIP.
