We aim to build self-esteem and self-efficacy in children and school aged youth. Plant A Seed Children’s Partnership Inc. is a character-building program for youth that intentionally focuses on building self-esteem and self-efficacy. Our mission is for kids feeling good and feeling capable. It is critically important that kids see a series of small successes in their process because these successes will create perseverance and the buy-in that is needed for consistency and continuity. Children are our future. As parents, teachers, neighbors, and community leaders, it is our responsibility to position them for the role they will play as adults in the future. Now more than ever they need to be equipped with the tools to move forward as they catch up. This program provides the mental and emotional foundation they need to meet those challenges.
