To preserve the legacy of the Celanese Celriver facility, the people who worked there, and their significant contributions to the history and economy of the community through the construction of a Celriver Legacy Plaza, establishment of endowed scholarships at Winthrop University and York Technical College and pulication and sale of a Celriver pictorial memory book.
