LFLA 4th–6th graders have been learning valuable life lessons through the G.R.E.A.T. (Gang Resistance Education And Training) program, led by St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (OFFICIAL) officers. Through real-life scenarios, students built skills in conflict resolution, bullying prevention, and responsible decision-making—learning how to be leaders and upstanders in their communities. To celebrate their hard work, students graduated from the program with certificates—and of course, cupcakes! 🧁🎓👏 As 5th grader Bella shared, “The coolest thing I’ve learned is how to make the right decision.” A huge thank you to the dedicated officers and detectives who mentored and supported our students every step of the way.
