Blacks in Green BIG is a national network for environmental justice and economic development. BLACKS IN GREEN CREATORS OF THE SUSTAINABLESQUARE MILE We are building the gold standard for Black community economic development. EMMETT TILL AND MAMIE TILLMOBLEY HOUSE CURRENTLY UNDERGOING RESTORATION BIG is restoring the childhood home of Civil Rights martyr Emmett Till into a museum commemorating the Till Family legacy of courage and forgiveness. Located at the center of our West Woodlawn neighborhood the museum will tell the story of Emmett Till and Mamie TillMobley and their Great Migration family.
