Training Center Resources for Our Members Contractors UA Local 396 The proud members of UA Local 396 consist of Plumbers Pipefitters Steamfitters and HVACRefrigeration Fitters. We install and service a wide range of residential light commercial commercial and industrial piping throughout the Mahoning Valley with the major focus on auto plants steel mills refineries hospitals universities and schools. We provide the highest quality workmanship and meet the requirements that these projects demand.
