The arts have the power to heal a wounded heart and renew the soul in each of us. Healing Arts Family Connection (HAFC) recognizes that the creative process strengthens individual potential, helps builds healthy relationships and enriches a sense of community. HAFC believes that today's family is more that the traditional roles of the past. In addition to individual family structures, we believe that that family, in a multicultural and multi-dynamic environment is a unique social system that extends into the community.By offering the "arts as healing", it is our mission to help individuals, families and multicultural communities develop better communication, heal emotional pain, and address challenges situations. HAFC is committed to providing comprehensive creative arts services and programming to all in need. We utilize the talents of professional teaching artists, musicians, and dancers as well as creative arts therapists for our high quality programs. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of the community by partnering with agencies within the NY/NJ metropolitan who have similar goals.
