HIV/HCV Resource Center
We offer case management services to people living with HIV, prevention/education information, syringe services, and HIV and Hepatitis C testing. We serve folks in Orange & Windsor Counties in VT and Grafton & Sullivan Counties in NH. The HIV/HCV Resource Center works to support people whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDSand Hepatitis C to live fully and with dignity, while halting the spread of these diseases through education, information and understanding. Our three major service areas include HIV and Hepatitis C prevention education, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, and HIV medical case management.
