The primary mission of The Justin T. Chafin Memorial Foundation is to provide scholarships in Justin’s memory for students through Big Sandy Community and Technical College, Morehead State University, and Shenandoah University. The Memorial Fund also supports other worthy causes that are representative of Justin’s life.
