THE CORPORATION PROVIDES SUBSIDIZED HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME ELDERLY RESIDENTS OF THIS RURAL AREA IN CONJUNCTION WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF H.U.D. THE PROPERTY CONSISTS OF 36 UNITS.
