The funds will be donated to the Medical Center to enable it to provide additional services or establish special projects in furtherance of its mission of providing premier healthcare to the Staten Island community and its neighbors.Fund-raising activities include special events, grant applications, capital campaigns, direct mail appeals, and solicitation of planned giving, major gifts and estate bequests.The Foundation’s Board of Directors will seek to develop and strengthen community relationships and opportunities for collaboration with civic organizations, corporations and other foundations to support the mission of the Medical Center.
