World We Want Foundation

The World We Want Foundation promotes and supports Young Global Citizens making positive social change in their communities and around the world. Through a worldwide community network of partner organizations and mentors, we use a project-based service learning format to develop the skills and abilities of young people to become social innovators and changemakers while they conduct social action projects that make measurable differences and create social value locally and globally.Our partner organizations are nonprofit educational, charitable, and community based organizations, including public and private schools, youth organizations and clubs, civil society organizations, public and private partnerships, and other foundations. Our partners act as the catalysts for change while engaging young people to develop the skills necessary to succeed in the 21st century, including leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, civic engagement, literacy and digital media communications, as well as empathy and kindness.We provide micro-grants and the first online crowdfunding platform devoted solely to young people ages 13-25 conducting social action projects and social ventures. We provide mentoring through our connected network of partners, and we provide an online Showcase for sharing stories of social impact to educate and inspire others.
