THE SAVING HOPE FOUNDATION
The Saving Hope Foundation's mission is to end animal abuse and neglect by addressing dog and cat overpopulation in our community through an aggressive spay-neuter campaign, humane education, transport and adoption programs. THE SAVING HOPE FOUNDATION IS DETERMINED TO PUT AN END TO ANIMIAL ABUSE AND NEGLECT BY ATTACKING THE OVER-POPULATION PROBLEM IN OUR COMMUNITY AND PUTTING AN EMPHASIS ON EDUCATION AND ADOPTION.

Hope a pugmix was found with her muzzle taped shut her tongue protruding and swollen.
