Contact Us Application Process NCPAT Parents as Teachers in NC Parents as Teachers Evidence Based Model More North Carolina Parents as Teachers NCPAT provides training technical assistance collaboration and communication for early childhood parent education home visiting services. NCPAT supports accountability and continuous quality improvement of Parents as Teachersaffiliate programs throughout North Carolina. These affiliate programs use the Parents as Teachers evidencebased home visiting model providing comprehensive home visiting and parent education services to families from before birth through kindergarten. Affiliate programs follow the essential requirements of the model which provide expectations for program design infrastructure and service delivery.
