To develop educational programs for the local schools and for the public and develop community pride. Attract tourists to help boost the local economy. from restoration to historical preservation and education Our Story It all started in 1995 when local resident Pat Holter Regent of the Return Jonathan Meigs Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution asked the chapter to foster the Chester Courthouse Restoration.
