Beat the Streets provides opportunities for New York City youth to participate in amateur wrestling. The mission of Beat the Streets (BTS) is to develop the full human and athletic potential of urban students and to strengthen the culture of New York City wrestling. BTS uses wrestling as the hook to teach healthy living and provide other resources, such as academic and social emotional learning.
