Transitioning Today's Military to Tomorrow's Workforce ConnectVETS.org was established to support the men and women recently discharged who have served our country, by connecting transitioning Service Members and Veterans with private sector employment opportunities.We ConnectVETS by helping them develop and refine their job search skills and strategy through the ConnectVETS "New Mission" Curriculum available online and through ConnectVETS Veteran Service Organization Partners.We ConnectVETS to vialble employment opportunities through the ConnectVETS Employer Partner Portal. This unique portal serves as a conduit of talent to organizations seeking to hire talent.ConnectVETS.org is not affiliated with or biased toward any political organization or strategy, Personal opinions abound about these issues, but we consider these irrelevant to our mission of helping the American veterans who have fought and otherwise served our country.

The number one challenge for service members and their spouses when leaving the military is finding a job. Veterans who get lost in this career transition become unemployed or are underemployed negatively impacting them and unduly stressing families. The Why Veterans do not realize that 80 of job opportunities are accessible only through personal networks and not job boards.
